What is my history? Must I choose from the selection? True, I am both, but straddling the line of one self from another can be exhausting. It pulls and pushes until you feel null. You only become this person or that person when you are in a place where people feel more contented and strong in their selfhood convictions than you are, and you adjust your internal mode/settings to them, like an air conditioner on an unbearably hot and humid day.
